By submitting a print-ready file for production, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. File Integrity: You are responsible for providing print-ready files in the correct format (e.g., PNG, TIFF, PSD) with proper resolution (300 DPI) and color profiles. Any issues arising from file quality, including pixelation, color inconsistency, or improper design, are not the responsibility of Ink Fairy.
2. Design Accuracy: Please ensure that your design is finalized before submission. We will print the file as received. Any errors, omissions, or changes made after submission will incur additional charges.
3. Color Accuracy: The final print may vary from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor calibration and printing methods. We will do our best to match the color as closely as possible to the submitted file.
4. Copyright and Ownership: You confirm that you have all necessary rights or licenses for the artwork, logos, and images in your submitted file. [Your Company Name] is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues resulting from the use of the submitted content.
5. Approval Process: Once we receive your file, a digital proof may be provided for review. Approval of the proof is required before proceeding with the print. If no response is received after a set period, we will proceed with the print based on the file submitted.
6. File Responsibility: Ink Fairy is not responsible for any damage, loss of data, or other issues resulting from your file submission, including but not limited to issues caused by corrupt files, incorrect dimensions, or missing elements.
7. Turnaround Time: Turnaround times are estimated based on the complexity of the order. Any delays caused by issues with the file provided may extend the production timeline.
8. Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are not offered for completed print jobs unless a mistake was made on our part.
